After signing up at the gym it is our job at Sweat PT to assist you with your workout goals. Whether you are getting ready for your next marathon of simply looking to drop a few pounds, Sweat PT has the professional staff to assist your with all your needs. Your new member orientations will consist of 2 sessions, each session is designed to assess your current fitness level and provide you with a roadmap for future success. Sessions may be combined into one physical visit to accommodate the members’ personal schedule, after all, we work for you!

Phase THREE: Teach
Just what the doctor ordered! You get the opportunity review your individual fitness goals with our highly trained fitness professionals. They will go over your complete body evaluation with you. The Evaluation includes a Body Composition report. The report will cover your specific health age, health risks in detail and at this point we will look at your body transformation, using a 3-D image of your body’s potential changes. This is the phase where we start putting your road map to success together. “Remember everyone’s needs are different” For all other inquiries please contact your nearest Bailey's Gym Location.
Phase ONE: Assess
The first Phase is you meet with the head trainer of your home club. During this session, you will be given a computer driven assessment of your current fitness condition to include; your health age, risks, needs, and goals. In this assessment you will also have a brief nutritional talk, going over your daily eating habits. During this assessment phase, your health professional will gather all pertinent information and background knowledge to assist your team in creating and customizing the plan that will start you on the path to success! This is also a perfect time to “ask an expert” any questions that you may have. Remember there are not dumb questions...
Phase TWO: Customize
It’s game time! During this session you and your trainer will hit the gym floor. Please dress in workout attire. Our goal during this session, is not to give you the best work out of your life but rather to show you a sample workout and answer any questions that you may have about the fitness equipment. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner, 90% of our clients are beginners, THAT IS WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR! This training session is designed to establish your Core strength, Flexibility, structural integrity, and limitations. At the end of your workout you will have a functional knowledge of how to use the cardiovascular equipment and at least one workout for you game plan to success. This phase is where you begin to apply what you have learned in the assessment phase as it relates to how the bio-mechanics of your body work.
